Description
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain the local Procurement Policy in line with Global policy;
- Support to develop and execute various procurement processes including: products & service sourcing, supplier selection, local pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration (eg: validity of tariffs, contract period, payment terms, update of SCoC, Due Dilligence questionnaires, etc, including Ops subcontractor; Vendor Master Data maintenance), supplier performance management;
- Support for the organization in implementation of departmental projects;
- Co-ordinate with Regional Procurement on Regional Suppliers & projects;
- Responsible for Procurement Compliance & BASWARE updates / analysis.
Skills & experience
Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in similar position;
- Bachelors degree;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, accounting applications);
- Good command of English language;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to co-odinate with cross functional team and projects ;
- Well organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Tolerance for stress.
