Description

Main responsibilities:

  •  Maintain the local Procurement Policy in line with Global policy;
  • Support to develop and execute various procurement processes including: products & service sourcing, supplier selection, local pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration (eg: validity of tariffs, contract period, payment terms, update of SCoC, Due Dilligence questionnaires, etc, including Ops subcontractor; Vendor Master Data maintenance), supplier performance management;
  • Support for the organization in implementation of departmental projects;
  • Co-ordinate with Regional Procurement on Regional Suppliers & projects;
  • Responsible for Procurement Compliance & BASWARE updates / analysis.

 

Skills & experience

Requirements:

  •        More than 5 years experience in similar position;
  •        Bachelors degree;
  •        Good computer skills (MS Office, accounting applications);
  •        Good command of English language;
  •        Strong analytical skills;
  •        Ability to co-odinate with cross functional team and projects ;
  •        Well organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines;
  •        Tolerance for stress.
