Product & Solution Security Expert

Your mission:

As Product and Solution Security Expert (PSSE), as part of the Software Architecture team, you will be the reference for “Secure Coding” for our Simcenter 1D Platform products (both Desktop and Cloud). 

• You will be the guide to train, motivate and support the development teams to achieve a secure coding process.
• You will analyze projects with high security risk and identify mitigations.
• You will follow and treat Security Alerts.
• You contribute to the definition of Static Code Analysis rules in context of Product Security.
• You participate to Threat and Risk Analysis (TRA) and Penetration testing.
• In this role you will interact closely with you peer PSSE in 1D and the STS Product and Solution Security Officer (PSSO).
• In project context you will also interact with developers, Product owners and Architects.
• In this role we expect a potential growth path into PSEE “Coordinator” for 1D and covering “Secure Architecture”.

This position is based in Brașov (România).

Required competences: 

• You have a degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a proven experience in software development for at least 5 years.
• You have a good knowledge of Object Orientation and a significant experience with multiple programming languages (C++, Python) as well as with Web/Cloud technologies.
• A good knowledge of the Simcenter Amesim (Platform) code is a plus.
• You are knowledgeable on Secure Coding and Architecture.
• You know and can perform a Risk Analysis.
• You have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• You have an open mind, are an analytical thinker, creative, collaborative and in general capable and motivated to work in various environments.
• You are eager to continually expand your knowledge and competences (technical and non-technical).
• You are available for travel up to 20% of your time.
