Product Designer

Ringhel is the leading Romanian niche software provider for the power and gas industry in Romania. We have developed a suite of applications that includes desktop and web platforms, covering the entire market activity flows. 

Having the challenge of defining a new technology for building software, we are defining a special team that will approach this challenge with a User-Centered mindset.

And for that wee need a Product Designer with strong capabilities - someone that can connect the dots between business and users needs, and that can inspire the team to question decisions with the default approach of "everything is an assumption that needs to be validated with our users".

We believe that design - the one with UX at its core - is key for our initiative success and for that we want it at our decision table.

More about the role:

• You will be part of the core team of this initiative
• We would like you to have strong visual skills, but we need you to focus on more strategic aspects and for that you will have a colleague that will cover the Visual Design needs.
• As tools, we use mainly: G Suite, Zoom, Hangouts, Miro, Figma, Notion - but we want you to propose tools and methods that can help your process.
