Product Development Manager (Devt. & marketing)

Position General Info

For EUROSPORT DHS, one of the biggest Romanian exporters, located in the heart of our country, we are looking for a Product Development Manager that can take the challenge of bike and E-bike design and marketability to the next level!

Profile

LD (license degree) or MD (master degree) in Engineering

a minimum of three years' experience in the product development field or change management, a Lean mindset and real passion for intelligent & sustainable motion

Medium/ Advanced design abilities in a destinated software, as per previous work experience

Good English Language command - spoken, written and technical

Microsoft Office EU Medium Level or more

Marketing & market research – market analysis and client strategies

Project management experience, would be nice to have

Responsibilities

• regarding design & development -

Designs, plan and implements new strategies for the product development process which meet the company’s objectives

Defines the characteristics of the new product and ensures its technical development

Organizes and coordinates all activities necessary for product launch

Monitors the development stages and evaluates the progress of the product at each iteration;

• regarding market research and End customer/ Client needs analysis -

Performs market research and understands the evolution of Sales in relation to the End customer needs and preferences shifts

Understands and can adapt product development to product marketing strategies and Sales strategies

Can perform and adapt to fast changes in Client preferences, be it End customer or OEM Clients

Understands customer satisfaction strategies and policies and contributes to the development of adaptive and fast pace model changes
