Responsibilities:
Research, design, develop and implement of new cash management services dedicated to corporate clients
Market analysis (identification of market size, trends and potential, competition tracking)
Product definition and process (product specifications, feasibility study and business cases, procedures, legal framework as contracts and terms and conditions, appropriate booking, appropriate reporting)
Continuous improvement process: make proposals for improvement/optimization of processes for the specific area(s) of responsibility, including procedures, rules and working instructions that govern Corporate Cash Management activities
Implementation of products and processes (cooperate with relevant teams in order to achieve the implementation of the product and related processes across business, operations, it/electronic banking or any other involved segments)
Identification and set-up of appropriate distribution channels for cash management products Implementation and monitoring of distribution channels, relationship with various providers for cash management related services
Assurance of product process quality
Pricing (definition and implementation of standard pricing, pricing policies, competence rules)
Promotion (developing external and internal promo materials)
Internal and external communication (business input for articles)
Training (developing trainings for sales and clients)
Product sales plans (definition of product annual sales targets)
Complex deals implementation (cooperate with relevant bank teams in order to provide implementation on clients’ side, setting up the systems, trainings)
Supports innovative approach and tailor made cash management solutions for high potential customers with special focus on cross sale;
Responsible for adequate fulfilment of internal control systems related to products under his/her responsibility
Indirect responsibility on customer satisfaction;
Product reporting (statistics)
Product controlling (cost revenue allocation)
Requirements:
University degree
Experienced in financial services industry
Familiar with payments/card/current account products and electronic banking services
Familiar with banking processing systems
