Asbis Romania is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Product Manager position for Dell Storage Products.
Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of accounts: channel partners and\or customers (BEU).
Actively support that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Assist other departments to ensure that contracts are executed correctly.
Collect and register in CRM information about a portfolio of accounts: contacts, preferred vendors\partners\distributors, business needs and interests.
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets and KPI. Keep regular communications and hold meetings . Use marketing activities and active sales to increase opportunities count.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
Chart out and monitors sales proposals and tenders, follow up statistics concerning sales proposals.
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. Involve in communication product managers, presales engineers or other internal team members if it necessary.
Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with ASBIS products portfolio.
Maintain all required records of sales (Leads, RFQs, Sales projects) and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
Manage and control gross margin and gross profit in each proposal or commercial offer. Controls shipments, reserves, order planning and the stock status for a portfolio of accounts. Consults with sales support team members (product manager, accountant, legal, logistic and etc) to control risks.
Responsible for reaching ASBIS SLA with customer needs. Control all incoming requests and involved\informed about any internal team activities with a portfolio of accounts.
Knows ASBIS competitors and can describe ASBIS competitive advantages.
Participate in trainings conducted by internal teams in order to understand existing and new products in the company portfolio. Performs training plan.
Involve a portfolio of accounts in company marketing activities and invites partner’s employees personally. Works in close cooperation with marketing and product teams.
