Product Marketing for ODM/HVAC business group

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic product planning and execution of product roadmap for HVAC control products and IoT solutions
• Perform market study and competitive analysis
• Define market segmentation and positioning for the product lines
• Develop product plan and create product requirement documents
• Provide the drive to implement the product requirements in the cross-functional product development teams
• Work closely with product engineering and operation teams to deliver product milestones on time and on budget
• Provide technical support and customization solutions on the product platform to meet customer requirements
• Work with business units on the sales and marketing activities to maximize the product portfolio performance

 Qualification and Experience Required:

• Proven years of experience in product marketing, strategy and product development or management, preferably in the field of HVAC controls and Smart Home/Building
• Knowledge of heating and air-conditioning systems, smart thermostats and energy management
• Experience with IoT technologies, AI and UI/UX on associated applications is a plus
• Strong blend of technical and business competencies
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to details, self-motivated, creative and well-organized
