This role provides an opportunity to bring together business acumen and technology experience to support the Global Insights tools team. We are looking for a self-starter, capable of working with a global network of leaders to develop robust financial models & sales IP that link financial outcomes to Oracle solutions. The individual join as a member of the Global Insight tools team. The Global Insights team is a multi-disciplinary team of technologists, business analysts & consultants that work together to build value deliverables that support Oracle’s sales, BD & customer success staff.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
· Work closely with product marketing, business development, solution architects and sales teams to create qualitative & quantitative content that support the overall sales & value selling processes
· Support in the execution of go-to-market and marketing plans in fast-paced environments
· Content creation in the form of:
o Qualitative content: discovery questionnaires, surveys, workshop material that help sales staff effectively understand Oracle’s customers issues & collect data relevant to a sales opportunity
o Quantitative content: financial models, benchmarking reports that help compare a customer’s performance to peers and Oracle benchmarks
o Training development: Liaise with global Oracle training teams to develop, enhance and deliver value selling training to sales & BD teams and enhance global value tools adoption
· Liaise with the internal technical teams to implement content creation into global toolsets and drive adoption of these tools & content
· Assessing the validity and enhancement requirements of existing content in light of product changes
· Creative problem solving and ability to communicate novel methods/ideas (such as chatbots) for increasing the sales process effectiveness
· Presenting your opinions, analysis and POVs on product benefits to global experts and gaining consensus
· Provide regular updates to global business sales operations leadership and communicate areas of priority and risk regularly
Key Experience & Qualifications:
· Marketing lead with background in SaaS-based solutions
· Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis & content creation
· Experience in value selling methods
· Extensive content creation experience, such as surveys & discovery questionnaires
· Outstanding oral and presentation communication skills
· Experience working with a geographically dispersed stakeholder based
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or business analysis experience
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically
· Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence others
· Experience in Cloud technologies and familiarity with competitive offerings
· MBA preferred
