Product Owner / Business Analyst with AEM

We are looking for a new colleague to join our AEM team, where you will work in a  friendly environment, in the city centre of Cluj-Napoca, with 60 other colleagues around, enjoying friendship, great coffee and great empathy and support for who you are and what you want to achieve.

Job responsibilities & technical skills 

• Engage with customer on gathering requirements and engineer customer journeys

• Create user stories and sprint plan 

• Define requirements and prioritise features

• Resource allocation planning

• Connect to the right people in a timely manner and escalate impediments

• Strong communication ability with multiple streams

•  Dependency mapping capabilities

• Consultancy required to be offered to customer on what can be done in AEM out of the box and with the components already built

• AEM knowledge regarding Touch UI (AEM6 and above)

• 3+ years exposure/experience working with AEM

• 3+ years experience in a PO/BA position.

• Able to work with colleagues in different cultures
• Address customer needs  and prove empathy and patience in challenging discussions with the clients
