Product Owner

For our business partner - a dynamic company with challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies, we are looking for Product Owner to be part of a team that will work on integrating financial and industry data, research and news into tools that will generate intelligence for their beneficiaries to base their business and financial decisions on. The tools created will help track performance, generate alpha, identify investment ideas, understand competitive and industry dynamics, perform valuation, and assess credit risk.

In this role you will be responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Plan Scrum implementations within the organization.
• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information.
• Escalates and tracks key team’s metrics. Help the Development Team to create high-value products.
• Work with Product Owner to ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team.
• Has general knowledge of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design.
• Continues to develop operational knowledge of the business, IT systems and implementation processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Knowledge in ADO.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• PSM or CSM certification is a plus.
• Team spirit and good communication abilities.
• Good organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
