Product Owner - PM

We are seeking highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Product Owner to represent the “voice of the customer”.  

As a Product Owner, you will focus on driving significant innovation by gathering and documenting requirements and working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers.

Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Product Owner, you’ll take the lead as you:

• Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
• Help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition
• Work with technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that the development teams clearly understand them
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Accountable for a created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners and customers
• Inspire and motivate the teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
• Hands-on experience with developing specifications for product features
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Familiar with UI/UX design and collaboration tools such as Adobe XD, Axure RP or similar
• Team spirit and excellent communication abilities
• Good organizational skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.
