We are looking for a Product/ System Engineer to support our Engineering department.

The Product Engineer is mainly responsible for solving problems related to production costs, reliability, operation and quality of a product or range of products in the pre-series and series production phase.

Responsabilities:

• Defines the internal logistics for the product for which it is responsible (flow of materials, information and documents; general and local layout, for each operation in the technological process; visual management elements);
• He ensures that the FMEA is updated after each ECN / R or client complaint.
• Creaza lista de consumabile pentru produs atat pentru materiale operationale cat si pentru cele auxiliare (neincluse in BOM), estimand gradul de utilizare a acestora;
• Defines the internal logistics for the product for which it is responsible (flow of materials, information and documents; general and local aspect, for each operation in the technological process; visual management elements) based on Lean Manufacturing concepts and customer specifications, documenting these aspects for delivery in series production.
• Performs weekly audits of technological processes for its products, reporting deviations from the processes taught in production and reporting the lack of documentation necessary for production;
• Defines the ways of packaging and transport of parts between the phases of the technological process, to subcontractors and to the customer;
• Monitors the evolution of the actions left open in the validation report of the process prepared for handing over the benchmark in production;
• It ensures that the FMEA is updated after each ECN / R or complaint from the customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ technical field;
• Software CAD/CAM;
• FMEA knowledge;
• Planning and organizing skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Advanced Ms Office level (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Fluent English.
