Main role:
Manage and supervise the production and internal logistic/warehouse (approx. 100 employees) ensuring an efficient manufacturing and logistic environment performed in accordance with our quality standards and technical requirements
Tasks:
Coordinate and develop the production and logistic activities in order to deliver the right quantity (and quality) of products demanded by the customer
Organize and implement an efficient budget and resources (manpower, production lines, machines/tester)
Responsible for the work safety in production and logistic by implementing the most efficient measures
Ensure that technical and quality requirements of the produced goods are made according to the technical specifications, together with quality & technical departments
Manage the daily shop- floor meetings together with shift supervisors and support functions in order to ensure an efficient communication between the teams
Ensure that the final products are respecting the technical and quality specifications by collaborating with the technical and quality department
Responsible for implementing quality preventive and corrective measures in the production area together with quality department
Collaborate with the technical department in order to find and implement the most efficient production processes and for projects transfer and implementation
Responsible for implementation of new product in production
Responsible for the production planning
Responsible for 5S implementation in production and logistic aria
Responsible for the budget in his/her areas by collaborating with the finance department and general manager in order to ensure the production cost efficiency at target
Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory in production and warehouse and implement actions in order to respect the accuracy between scripted and factual data
Responsible for setting targets, evaluate and develop the team members of the coordinated teams.
Responsible for the specific KPI in production and logistic area and for the actions in order to reduce the gaps if existent
Develop and maintain close collaboration with different stake holders and departments within Sennheiser Group
Job requirements:
University degree in a technical field – electrical engineer or similar is a plus
Management experience in production environment in companies with around 100 employees
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience
Holistic understanding of processes in relation with the supply chain
Distinctive intercultural competences
Experience in working with ERP systems is required
Advanced knowledge in English language both in written and writing – German language is a big advantage
