Production and material planner Prototype Shop

Mission:

•  Supervises and optimizes the procurement, transportation, inventory of materials, flow of materials in the production area and generates the production orders for The Prototype shop area;
• Analyze specific costs and propose Improvement solutions;
• Oversees and optimizes the deliveries of finished products to the customer and transport activities.

Main tasks:

•  Creates specific forecasts for the need for items during a production cycle, which will be used to issue orders and to issue stocks;
•  Designs and improves integrated cooperation processes between production, procurement and logistics departments to operate the planning-supply-production process;
•  Supervises customer orders, production planning, control of the stock of finished products;
•  Ensures the reception of electronic messages received from customers in the system and participates in their classification in collaboration with the accounting, quality and sales departments;
• Communicates with the accounting, technical and production departments to solve interdepartmental activities;
•  Participates in the planning of the budget and human resources of the department;
• Elaborates the specific reports requested by the manager and presents them - within the established deadlines;
•  Ensures data security and limiting access to it - according to the specific data saving and security procedure.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree;
•  Business English fluent, technical communication skills in English;
•  Professional experience in Logistics department, preferably in Automotive Industry;
• Experience in SAP;
•  Excellent time management and verbal & written communication skills.
