Production Control & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implements and maintains the Inventory structure according to the specifications;

• Assures 5S in the warehouses, GEMBA walk mind set;

• Responsible for raw materials stock level and accuracy to avoid line stoppages;

• Production control, mostly in relation with finish goods stock level;

• Customer delivery performance;

• Assures active participation from PC&L in each engineering change (smoothly phase out and phase in);

• Analyzes and avoids Excess & Obsolete materials based on specifications;

• Assures the avoiding of the premium shipments;

• Controls the inbound and outbound traffic.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree and preferably experience in managing a team or multiple processes;

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills;

• Advanced level of English;

• Management & strong organizational skills;

• Works good under time pressure;

• Self-motivated;

• Team player, focused on internal and external customer;

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

• Works with data;

• Project management skills;

• Ability to motivate the team members;

• Communication skills, strategic thinking, focus on results.
