Production Engineer

Ideal candidate

- Engineering degree;
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of quality standards and system regulations;
- Good knowledge of wire manufacturing processes and associated technologies;
- Extrusion manufacturing processes and associated technologies, metal processes, production planning and scheduling is a plus;
- Process improvement techniques;
- Continuous improvement techniques;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Inventory management; Risk management;
- MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP applications, MES, CMMS applications;
- Project management.

Job description

- Leads the production section scheduling activities;
- Monitors program execution;
- Monitors on-filed production performance, supports the execution team in the resolution of issues;
- Develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions and systems in order to meet production deparment objectives;
- Leads and Conducts scheduling activites in coordination with logistics department such as production program analysis, planning orders allocation by production lines and human resources allocation on the lines.
- Follows up closely production execution on the shop floor, performs diagnostic of reported problems within production section (reparation, wire Break, overconsumption, work areas organization and cleaniless (5S) etc.), defines and supports the production execution team in the deployment of immediate corrective actions;
- Implements and monitors on-field results of defined actions plan;
- Reviews production section KPI's and propose accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Production Department and the Company's objectives.
