Responsibilities:

Overtake responsibility for line improvements and balancing
Implementation of ME actions defined in EPU production meetings
Implementation of engineering and process changes in mass production after approval from Serial ME
Support Line QPS Meetings and implement ME actions and training of line operators
Analyze and eliminate waste in the production line
Lead continuous improvement process teams
Monitor and check KPIs of EPU and production lines, deviations of cycle times (Actual vs. Target), work instructions in production lines and implement improvements of work instructions
Collect, check and implement KAIZEN
Provide Lessons Learned to program and serial ME

Requirements:

Graduation of technical university is a must (preferably diploma Engineer).
2+ years experience in automotive or other manufacturing environment.
English is mandatory, German is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) represents an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and to collaborate efficiently with colleagues, production people and management is a must.
