Production Manager

This job involves following the production procedures of the company as well as constant learning and improving of personal skills. 
We are looking for a person who wishes to progress. This job involves actively coordinately and participating in the managing, supervising and production planning, quality and customer oriented.
English both spoken and written fluently. Positive attitude focused on problem-solving instead of on the problem , communication skills, intuition, ability to get a certain desired message across to any type of individual, leadership skills, organized, open-minded, emphatic, ambitious, responsible, reliable.

Knowledge and Skills Required
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree in textile and experience in running a production unit
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in production or supply chain function/textile. 

- Strong understanding of production processes, industry and procurement, customer and suppliers policies. 
- Strong analytical skills. 
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic ability to follow production orders according with quality requirements, delivery terms and prioritization skills
- Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills; basic influencing skills. 
- Mastery in English 
- Good understanding of business strategy. 
- Strong business application skills.
