Production / Operational Manager

Cortina Development SRL, a multinational company, member of Van HessenHolding, is searching for a manager for our factory, for processing natural casings.

Basic requests:

• English knowledge
• 2 years experience in last 5 years in meat industry
• goodwill for manual work in any case of need
• resistance against the work in cool, wet and smell conditions (like it is normal in meat industry)
• resistance again stress
• managerial skills and experience

Represents an advantage if you have:

• experience in communication with veterinary authorities,
• knowledge of Romanian veterinary rules/system,
• knowledge of Romanian law about work and safety rules in meat industry,
• knowledge about HCCAP rules in food industry
• the candidate should preferably be male, due to physical power advantage
