Production Planner and Customer Responsible

in Arad, Arad County, Romania

BOA is an international corporate group, headquartered in Stutensee and one of the top players for engineering, manufacturing and distribution of flexible metal decoupling and damping components, pipe and hose systems as well as expansion joints and accumulators for Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Applications.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member in our Logistic Team.

Your tasks:

The position of production planner and customer responsible we are recruiting shall be able to fulfill the following tasks:

• Ensures daily processing of customer orders in SAP for around 50 to 60 references 
• Creates the master production planning in accordance with production capacity, customer demand and as well internal raw material availability
• Issues the shipping documents in SAP (delivery note and invoice, as well as all customs related documents)
• Responsible for arranging freight out transport according to applicable Incoterms
• Inventory, ordering and book out of returnable packaging
• Prepares weekly sales forecast based on customer demands and highlights main variations to management
• Makes a monthly proposal of increase / decrease in finished goods / semi finished goods stock based on demand from customer and production plan
• Prepares the full set of documents to be booked by the finance department (delivery note, invoice, CMR, transport order, DVE, as well as other required documents)
• Maintains the relationship with customers to ensure the 100% rating

Your qualification:

In order to be a successful candidate for this position, your competencies and experience should be:

• University degree
• Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel;
• Minimum 2 years work experience with SAP (SD, MM, PP Module)
• Organized and flexible person, accurate and a strong sense of responsibility
• Result and deadline oriented; good communication abilities
• Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is a plus
• Advanced level of knowledge for English, German language is a plus
