Main goal of the job:

Tasks:

Acceptance and processing of customer orders and its clarification with Customer Service
Issuing and monitoring of production orders to plan production program according customer requirements
Planning of resources (people, machinery, material) needed to fulfill planned production program
Ensure in-time deliveries to customers always and inform Customer Service in case of deviation
Control of production related master data (work plan, bill of material, production version, lot sizes, etc.)
Continuous improvement to reduce stocks (raw material, WIP, finished goods), as far as possible
Setting and checking necessary safety stock
Management of Production Planning master data in SAP

Requirements:

Minimum high school degree from commercial or technical background
Work experience of minimum 2-3 years in the field of logistics, production planning, project management or any similar job
Excellent communication skills with sense of how to speak with a customer
Good language skills in written and spoken English, German is an plus
Skill to organize and to close cooperate with internal department
SAP experience is a plus
