PRODUCTION PLANNER- LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT

Your tasks:

• Manage the activities of processing customer orders;

• Interface with customers for escalation, related to commitments of execution, expediting orders and solving problems;

• Monitor, communicate and escalate issues that influence customer delivery performance and internal inventory targets;

• Cooperate with procurement office for materials availability problems;

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve production orders to production planning department, based on the available material, capacity and customer priorities;

• Prepare various reports, provide detailed feedback regarding components, material delays;

• Interface with all company department.

Your strengths:

• University degree;

• PC operation (MS Office);

• English - advanced level

• Basic knowledge about wiring harness - after schooling;

• Knowing the procedure and working instructions of the department - after schooling;

• Developing the production plan and tracking it - after schooling;

• Good communication skills, problem solving, negotiation, organization;

• Attention to details;

• Analysis and synthesis capacity;

• Ability to make quick decisions;

• Power of persuasion, ability to impose his/ her point of view;

• Team spirit;

• Ability to work under stress.
