-Organizes the Production activities for all teams, based on the Production Planning and according to Company standards.
- Direct operations to ensure customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness,quality conformance. (On-time delivery, product performance, etc.)
- Assigns workers to specific jobs thereby taking due consideration of their skills and Supervises quantity and quality of output, gives feedback to operator sand makes timely adjustments if necessary.
- Reports daily to Operations Manager and in the functional team on ongoing operations and issues. Operations Manager takes final decision in case of major operational problems
- Helps improving or developing new Standard Operating procedures always require approval from Quality Department.
- Ensures implementation of regular health and safety Organizes preventive actions to ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace (5S);
- Assesses strengths and weaknesses of Operators and suggests training plans in consultation with HR Offers on the job training and coaching; helps operators whenever necessary.
- Responsible with new operators on boarding and accommodation- Responsible with standard training implementation for operators
- Ensures input of essential data relating to output, product specifications,absenteeism, etc. in the systems (SAP, Perfect Browser, ESS, Time &Attendance).
- Is a member of the Functional Production support team that consist Quality Engineer, Process Engineer,Production Planner and Operational Manager
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor degree -level of education, technical orientation-
- Knowledge of Lean and or Six Sigma technique.
- 3 years of relevant business experience
- Experience with SAP or equivalent environment
- People management: leading, coaching and excellent communication skills
- Analyzes issues from different angles and sets priorities
- Makes proposals for and implements improvements
