Responsibilities:
- Supports the development, implementation, establishment and continuous improvement of corporate real estate portfolio management and advisory services in Global Solutions CREM.
- Supports the checks done within the department to make sure that documentation related to RE (ownership documents, cadastral, permits, etc.) are available, updated and are reflecting the reality.
- Gathers, centralizes, cleanses and enters real estate portfolio data into the information management system (master and dynamic, functional, financial and contractual data} in order to enable a continuous supply analysis and forecast of available space.
- Administrates and maintains the real estate database. Ensures up-to-date ness by centrally requesting data according to defined transparency and controlling needs and following-up on data requests towards cross functional stakeholders (CREM, BUs, Corporate, real estate related service suppliers).
- Analyses real estate portfolio data, identifies optimization measures on cluster level (functional and/or financial), prepares optimization scenarios, aligns these internally and supports the alignment of decisions with the BUs representatives.
- Supports and is involved in: the interface with existing IT tools (GIS, CADA, 2 connect, etc.), in aligning the initiatives and optimizing the efforts/services in order to reduce redundancies and keep an accurate overview of RE portfolio.
- Analyzing the existing ownership documentation of real estate assets
- Very good knowledge in cadastral works and requirements in terms of land registration
- Knowledge in document management: constantly bringing up-to-date the company afferent properties files
- Knowledge of data base management : manages and operates the electronic data base of company's properties
- Basic legal knowledge in contract law and real estate legislation (fiscal regulations, land book etc.)
- Good knowledge and understanding about shared services organizations and the departments 'service lines' connections and interdependencies towards its key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in cadastral works/land surveyor
- Relevant professional experience > 7 years
- 5 years overall working experience and minimum 2 years of practical experience in cadastral services
- Experience in shared-services organization
Relevant professional skills:
- Good knowledge and skills of Autocad, GIS, ArcGIS and other specific tools eTerra, INIS
- Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
- Basic command of English (written and spoken)
- Intermediate understanding of real estate information management functional relations and interdependencies
- Good knowledge and understanding of real estate related legislations I norms and ability to support elaboration of according internal rules and guidelines
- Basic knowledge of oil & gas industry
