Professional Electrical Terminals

          Main Responsabilities:

• Planning the preventive and corrective maintenance works for electric equipment within the Petroleum Product Terminals of OMV Petrom.
• Investigates the technical incidents of electrical equipment and proposes corrective measures.
• Supervising the testing/checking/repair of the electrical equipment are performed according to the legal requirements, check and centralize the final documents, ensuring their availability in case of the audits (ex.: Seveso).
• Performs optimization of the electrical equipment in order to increase their efficiency, helping to increase the operating life and the availability of the deposits.
• Analyzes the performance indicators of electrical systems in terminals in order to improve their functioning.
• Prepares the reports with technical justifications for the equipment that are not performing by energy class and technical characteristics.
• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in accordance with the requirements of the projects / MoC.
• Supervises the start-up of electrical equipment during the commissioning, start-up and performance test period, being responsible for their operation under the project conditions during this period.
• Monitoring the execution of the works according to the predictive maintenance plan, as well as of the corrective works realized based on notifications from the beneficiary, with the inclusion in the approved budget.
• Participates in the technical evaluation sessions of the projects, the Hazop sessions, etc.
• Analyzes the technical state of the existing equipment from the technological installations (oil deposits) and proposes improvements designed to increase the functional efficiency, elaborates predictive and preventive maintenance funnels, to increase the MTBF of the equipment, respectively the availability of OMV-Petrom oil terminals.
• Ensures the training of the operating personnel in order to know the parameters and conditions of the functioning limit of the electrical equipment from the new / modernized installations.
• Application of the requirements of the Integrated Management System - knowledge of the documents in the system.

Job requirements: 

• University Degree in Engineering - electrical engineer / electromechanical
• Professional experience in oil and gas: minimum 2 year
• Professional experience in electrical / electromecanical industrial equipments: minimum 5 years
• Available for business trip (licency ctg “B”)
• Basic  MS Office and SAP knowledge
• English knowledge – intermediary level, at least
