Programmatic analyst (Digital Marketing)

We are now growing our Romanian team with a new position of Programmatic Analyst (DSP/SSP)

Requirements:

We are in search for a team member who has:

• Ability to use the report-writing and analytical skills through data-driven feedback;
• Strong analytical competencies and formal thinking, able to break problems down in their key variables and identify the relations between them;
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced English
• Technical background in campaign management or AdOps is considered a plus
• Ideally Working knowledge of DSPs/ SSPs
• Computer Savvy (Data bases- SQL, Excel etc)

Main responsibilities:

•  Manage and analyze data from multiple sources into actionable insights for the programmatic buying team.
• Create and regularly update client-facing dashboards both in Excel and in web-based reporting tools.
• Learn the ins and outs of the programmatic advertising market and help to formulate strategies for campaign launch and optimization.
• Oversee margin on campaigns working with operations team to adjust in order to maximize performance for the client as well as the revenue for the agency
• Review, provide input and take action on campaign results and analytics, demonstrating the effectiveness of the media optimization and articulating insights based on performance data
• Tracks changes and optimizations in campaign performance
