Project Assistant

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Project Assistant for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Downstream.

Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel stations. In Romania, the company operates 1,063 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Rompetrol Partner stations, Expres mobile stations and 9 and 20 cubic meter Fill & Go fixed units. More than gas stations, Rompetrol stations are  designed as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the 143 restaurants and shops hey with a design aligned with the retail concept.

Job Purpose: Provide support for the development and implementation of the projects within the responsibility area.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Offer support in project planning and implementation process;
•    Coordinate logistics and organization of meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project related events;
•    Offer support in the designing, development and dissemination of project content and reports;
•    Provide support in the communication process between the project manager, staff and others in order to facilitate optimal performance of the activities;
•    Assist in the data collection process within project activities;
•    Perform specialized reviews to support project activities;
•    Prepare reports on the execution/progress of projects;

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    University studies;
•    Knowledge of project management methodology is a plus;
•    MS Office –Excel advance level is a plus;
•    English – advance level;
•    Good communication skills;
•    Proactive in addressing issues;
