What you’ll do:
1. Follow the progress with the local subcontractors remotely.
2. Negotiate with the local subcontractors to catch up with the plan.
3. Report the project delivery risk to project leader in time.
4. Make daily/weekly/monthly report for the project progress to project leader.
All you have to bring with you is:
- Bachelor degree on finance, accounting, business management or related field;
- Work experience: 0-2 years;
- Foreign language skills: English (advanced) and French(advanced);Spanish and German can be an advance;
- Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Customer Service Skills;
- Professional Phone Manner;
- Excellent written communication and documentations skills;
- Ability to handle tasks with a logical approach and work efficiently;
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed deadlines;
- Excellent communication and presentational skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders;
- Proactive, looking to continuously improve;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
