Project Assistant with Microsoft Excel

 We’re looking for a collaborative and upbeat team member with a practical, can-do attitude to support our rapidly growing location in Sibiu.

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the project manager for:

• Assist in preparing reports and data collection for analysis.
• Review and distribute project documents.
• Prepare correspondence related to project.
• Maintain project records and ensure that all regulatory documents are correct, processed and approved.

- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met;

- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently;

- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members;

- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously.

 Required:

- Relevant experience of providing administrative support to a team gained in a complex environment;
- Establishing effective office systems and procedures;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Strong writing and verbal skills in English;
- MS Office knowledge;
- Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple countries.
