Job mission:

As Project Controller, you will manage the services costs for all nearshore cost center services and will be responsible for the administration of invoices for all cost centers by having a close collaboration with the business. At the same time, you will optimize finance and administration processes.
You will report directly to SSC business unit manager.

What you need to do:

• Monitor on a monthly basis service cost actuals by checking service components and reporting them to the management team

• Propose ideas to optimize service costs based on the analysis performed on service components

• Set up control programs for internal invoices and service costs;

• Analyze these control programs

• Follow up on outstanding issues

• Various ad hoc analysis and requests

• Propose ideas to optimize the accuracy of invoices;

• Manage the yearly review of service costs to be in time for new budgets and prices;

• Help to achieve a realistic/accurate forecast based on registered orders and in consultation with the business controllers and project leaders

• Develop procedures for and give advice in accordance with the guidelines                                                                                       

• Compile a wide variety of financial information related to work assignments for the purpose of providing required documentation and/or processing information

• Give advice on and implementing automated administrative systems

• Manage and optimize the service cost system and coordinate activities with business controllers and technical service owners to achieve organizational objectives in the best possible manner;

What you need to know:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• 3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst/controller;

• Knowledge of analytical accounting

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and/or reporting applications;

• Fluency in English

• Analytical mindset
