Project Management Intern (1 year contract)

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Intern. You will be a key member of an agile team and will be working on Axway’s reference solution for the B2Bi market. This is a 1 year and full time or part-time opportunity, with a mix of working from home and working in our office in Bucharest.

We challenge you to:     

• Implement training changes suggestions into Axway learning system
• Keep consistency between online and instructor led training contents 

Responsibilities:

• Receive updated PowerPoint presentations from the product and expert team 
• Check version management of these changes and merge changes into the original training material branch  
• Work with Axway university team to convert it to our platform eLearning format 
• Upload content into the platform and do version management to update the corresponding courses 
• Inform the experts on the new training status and make sure their collaborative file sharing environment reflect the latest changes 
• Keep the evolution & bug report backlog up-to-date 

Requirements:

• English is our day to day working language 
• Working Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge 
• Good mood and strong personality 
• Having participated in a school team project  
• Appetite to learn why and how enterprises need to create business-to-business integrations and connections. 

Nice to have:

• Be prepared to have a mix between working from home and working in the office in Bucharest 
• Have taken at least 1 or 2 courses on a major eLearning platform like Udemy, Coursera or other 
• Ability to work in a team, to interact efficiently with other people
