Project Manager Affiliates/ Vendors

Advanced Robotics is a Swiss start- up company with a Romanian based (Brasov) development centre; our goal is to develop and distribute EU-wide value adding business solutions based on innovative hardware and software packages that use AI. Advanced Robotics is the EU&EFTA distributor of Promobot robots and associated services but also a solution developer based on new hardware-software-services integration.

Vendor/Affiliates Project Manager is the responsible for development and management of a network of affiliates/vendors that would sell their products through our dedicated marketplace integrated with innovative retail tech solutions and hospitality solutions as a service.

Responsibilities

a. Identification of smart vendors for digi-store - smart products for online selling

b. Identification of localized vendors/affiliates for hospitality marketplace integrated solution  and ambulant marketplace / digital store for smart devices platform

c. Contact & Contracting of vendors – selection of partners / affiliates, terms negotiation, commercial arrangements, contract signing and implementation ; service provider, ready to sign co-operation & fee agreements

d. Grow, develop and maintain affiliates recruitment strategy

e. Implementation of vendors/affiliates within the system: Dashboard, analytics, vendor support programme procedure elaboration and management

f. Affiliates/vendors assessment and performance analysis and growth strategy management

g. Competition reporting

h. Cross work with technical, sales and marketing teams

Profile:

Independent, self stater personality

Previous experience with online/e-commerce advertising

Good people connector and  relationship builder

Excellent communication skills both inside and outside the organization

Efficient planner

Excellent English language skills, German language skills are highly appreciated.

Travel availability 10-40% of the time

Head office is located in Brasov, target market is the EU&EFTA; we're also welcoming applicants from Bucharest to work from remote office.
