Project Manager

Our growing company is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals, ensuring that all project requirements and deadlines are on track. You will manage the team in Brasov, Romania, while reporting to the upper management in Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supervises the IT Department

• Assigns and oversees daily tasks

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives

• Obtains customer acceptance of project deliverables

• Reports to management as needed

• Tracks project performance

• Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in the IT field

• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership experience

• Familiarity with programming languages

• Experience with Atlassian suite of products

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; 

• Good command of English and ability to participate in English-only meetings

• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Capacity to manage high-stress situations

• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects at the same time

• Attention to detail

• Conflict resolution skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
