Project Manager

A leading veteran online casino operator is experiencing a significant growth and looking for an experienced project manager to join its winning team.

Are you the type of person that thrives in a dynamic, fast paced challenging role? As a project manager you will work closely with the COO and assist him to initiate, manage, control, track progress and report status of various cross company projects and initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Initiating various tasks and projects. Writing clear briefs’ documents to outline the objective and requirements of such initiatives;

Creation and management of detailed project/delivery plans;

Communicate to relevant stakeholders project status, timelines and progress;

Coordinate relevant deliverables required by different teams and department in order to meet project’s timelines;

Assist COO with various activates such as competitor research and follow up on various tasks and activities related to the COO;

Assist COO in managing a very tight and challenging agenda. Set and participate in various meetings, and follow up on relevant decisions and action items;

Providing daily and weekly status progress and red flags reports on various activities;

Tight communication and interaction with product, design, IT/CTO, CRM and other teams in order to synchronize and coordinate all related activities.

Specific Job Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a project manager / project coordinator in an online marketing and operation organization;

Proven experience in online gaming – a big plus or in a software/product company, e-commerce company, managing software projects, interact with developers, experienced with AGILE/SCRUM;

Proven knowledge and experience with various project management tools and practices;

Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and proven experience in management of multiple projects which requires synchronization, communication and coordination with several teams;

Previous experience in matrix work with various department and teams and in resolving blockers;

Strong communication skills including strong written, verbal & presentation skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills. Hands on, hardworking, team player.
