We are looking to add a Project Manager, with a real passion for technology, to our growing team in Bucharest! It is a great opportunity, to work in a tech-driven company. Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure;
• Perform high-level project planning and scheduling, but not detailed Timebox planning or task planning;
• Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timing;
• Ensure documentation about a project is complete and easily available in coordination with the Technical writer;
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
• Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports – monitoring progress against baseline;
• Be accountable for project results;
• Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders;
• Attending Daily Stand-up meeting, as appropriate, to keep a current understanding of the team’s progress and issues
• Communicating with clients - Direct discussions with them, on Skype, chat, e-mail. Making suggestions of service improvement or receiving improvement, incidents, or features requests;
• Keeping track, follow up and proactively update the clients on the status of open issues and requests
• Focuses on removing impediments, help with emails, 'how to' procedures, protecting the developers against "noise" and ensuring that the Scrum process is generally kept at a very high standard throughout all development teams;
• Responsible to write, improve and to define the policies/metrics;
• Oversee others to ensure the quality levels;

Requirements:

• Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / Business-Management;
• Min. 2 years practical experience working with user management systems or similar;
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in project management, product management;
• Excellent knowledge of product development & product lifecycle;
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and solicit their input for potential requirements and design features is needed;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with developers is a must;
• Good software skills (Microsoft Office suite, Gant Charts, JIRA/Confluence, productivity tools);
• Professional handling of customer contacts;
• Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
• Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
• Decision-making;
• With initiative & responsible (respects deadlines/agreements etc.);
• Commercially astute;
• Result oriented with problem solving skills;
• Good delegator and coach;
• Fantastic team spirit;
• Planning and organizing;
• Experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability.
• Experience with online gaming casino back office is an advantage;
• Experience with the gambling industry is a plus;
• Passion for casino and/ or betting – a great plus;
• Project Management Certification or courses are a plus;
