Project Manager - CRO Services

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented global Project Manager to be office-based in Timisoara, Romania.

As a Project Manager in CRO Services, you will be responsible for providing superior team coordination and support for the following:  project planning, financial management, risk and issue management, and client management. You will provide PM leadership to the project team from start through finish, ensuring that projects are delivered to budget, schedule and client satisfaction. You will work across a varied range of clinical projects and service types as well as process/system improvement projects.

The key functional areas of oversight and support are:

• Team coordination and support
• Project planning and timeline management
• Project financial management
• Risk management (assessment, issue analysis and resolution and decision management)
• Client management

Qualifications and attributes:

• Experience in a project leadership role involving project budget/financial responsibility and interface with external customers  
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and attend to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced technical expertise, including high proficiency with MS Project and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in training and experience
• Project Management certification is a plus
