We are looking for an ambitious person, full оf energy and 100% customer oriented to join our Project Management Team. What do we expect from a candidate:

• Excellent communication skills 

• Knowledge оf MS Office tools (text, spreadsheet, etc)

• Quick reaction on issues, problems and coming up with solution оf it

• Experience with Customer Care will be a plus 

• Passion for people, as you will have a very important role into supporting our students’ journey throughout a challenging learning process 

• Flexibility about working hours, as most of our students are learning during weekends and evenings

Job Dеscriptiоn аnd Main Tаsks 

• Constant student support before and during the classes

• Booking venues for our courses

• Handling the relationship with our stakeholders and suppliers 

• Preparing contracts and payments for our stakeholders and suppliers

• Creating webinar rooms for our students

• Ensure the integration of the new students

• Deliver Introduction Meetings to new groups

• Daily contact with our students (via our internal communication and operational tools, e-mail, telephone or chat) and support on solving their issues 

• Prepare and summaries feedback forms for our trainers

• Evaluation meetings with our students (sometimes during the weekend or evenings)

• Coordination of interview simulations for our students

• Documenting cost details in the budget file

• Preparing all informations required for graduation

• Ordering vouchers for students, as per company’s offer 

• Sharing course materials with the students on our platforms

• Work in close synergy with the Recruitment Team, TechLeads and Sales Department in order to offer support to our customer needs and assuring we deliver quality products

• Organizing and participating in graduations

• Weekly report of activities
