PROJECT MANAGER – ENGLISH & ITALIAN LANGUAGE
Level of expertise: Middle / Senior
Location: Iasi
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of working experience as a Project Manager;
- expertise in conflict resolution;
- experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management;
- proficiency in project management software tools;
- strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs;
- Business & IT strategy proven experience;
- strong focus on customer mindset;
- strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, with customers, team and shareholders;
- excellent presentation skills, MIS reporting;
- strong investigative, analytical and problem solving skills;
- strong analytical and organizational skills;
- English language knowledge - written and spoken (B2). Multiple language skills are a significant advantage;
- adaptive, flexible and creative;
- finished upper studies.
Main duties / responsibilities:
- acts as single point of contact within and outside team or project to ensure connection and integration of team members and ensure timely response to requests;
- coordinates/communicates with appropriate leads and their personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments;
- ensures stakeholders are kept up to date;
- defines and manages team structure, agendas and materials to keep people connected, informed and engaged;
- tracks, measures, reports and communicates performance issues and risks minimizing exposure to project risks/issues by developing mitigation plans and escalating critical risks and issues that cannot be resolved;
- provides continuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization;
- liaising with other departments, including Implementation, Payroll and the Commercial Team;
- offers team support to Team Leaders as well as agents in the current activity and problems encountered.
