This job requires relocation to Slovakia

Project Manager for Nuclear Segment:

- manages the execution from the receipt of order up to the project closure in the allotted time for each project

- must strictly  comply with the project execution process phase

Key responsibilities

• Manages international projects or programs above 5M€, to meet 4 main objectives:
  * Customer satisfaction and project profitability
  * Successful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance and schedule
  * Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk management
  * Nuclear Safety Management
• Building and manage a project team considering all aspects of the project
• Responsibility for project workload plan
• Ensuring functional management of the team, defining objectives to project team members
• Confirmation of budget and profitability
• Scheduling of project milestones
• Preparation of project management plan
• Responsibility for project execution according to valid contract
• Customer satisfaction
• Site meetings
• Responsibility for project profitability, monitoring expenses, taking actions to comply with budget
• Preparation of reporting
• Manages risks & opportunities and variation orders to improve project P&L

Requirements for the employee

Education

* Engineer or Business school master
* 6+ years of experience in Project Management 
* Min 4 years of experience in Project Management, managing Nuclear projects
* Language English fluent, French or German language as a plus
* Knowledge of functional Management with a multi-jobs and/or international team

Educational Specialization

Nuclear

Personality requirements and skills
* Microsoft Project or Primavera (advantage)
* Knowledge SAP project module and reporting
* Customer oriented, Leadership, Proactivity, Goal-oriented & reliability
* Well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
* High commitment to work, proactive approach and flexibility
* Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of contractual and legal aspects of the project
* Experience and understanding of project risk management/mitigation techniques
* Open for international business trips
