Project Manager - Manufacturing Operational Excellence Products
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead projects of Manufacturing of the Products Delivery Model and be responsible for driving data analysis, including standardization and best practices for Europe (3 Plants - Orastie - Romania, Drachten - Netherlands and Klagenfurt - Austria).
You are responsible for
- Driving synergies, continuous improvement, standardization of the way of working on the different sites, including dashboards & performance reviews;
- Driving Analysis to support business to calculate impact of projects and savings;
- Liaising with the Site ICE/Finance & Plant Management team, driving continuous improvement and best practice sharing within site in products and among different delivery models;
- Leading improvements projects in Gemba (Manufacturing and Supply chain);
- Tracking breakthrough/Productivity performance and expectations at each Manufacturing Plant and consolidation in global overview;
- Driving standardization and consistency of approach by partnering with Support business function (Opex, Finance , HR);
- Embedding Operational Excellence culture within all employees of all sites;
- Supporting the new ISC Lean Expert / Baseline approach within all factories, E2E supply chain, Procurement and Q&R in cooperation with OPEX team.
You are a part of the Manufacturing and Opex team which consists of Personal Health. You will be leading the data Analysis activities of the Manufacturing Product delivery model. You will be reporting to the Head of Opex - Manufacturing Products.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Relevant Degree in Engineering;
- More than 8 years’ experience within Manufacturing, Operations and Lean Manufacturing Programs;
- Experience in project management, leadership and building a network of support from functional areas for successful and timely execution of customer needs;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills on all levels of a corporate organization;
- A good understanding of mass produced products;
- Strong Finance and Industrial Cost background with track records on implementing projects using Lean Tools;
- Experience in Make or Buy activities;
- Ability to get results in different countries and cultures;
- Strong Communication skills and Team Work behavior;
- Winning mentality and persuasion skills.
