Project manager – new projects

The position reports hierarchically to General Manager.

Place of work: Soehner SRL (TM)

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

Role:

Take the lead and responsibility for ensuring the project plan realization.

 Main responsibilities:

-Respect the project deadline having as an objective the price-quality ratio terms;

-Ensure the project technical requirement are delivered properly towards the team members;

-Management and transmission of the PPAP package towards the customer;

-Management of the project continuing improvement activity;

-Work close to the sales team, deliver information, prepare quotation;

-Manage project towards APQP principle and the resulting Action Plan;

-Manage the project team members towards dedicated meeting, appropriate actions and proper communication level;

-Manage and encourage the team spirit inside of the project team maintaining a positive attitude and encouraging the motivational level of the team.

Professional and personnel expectations :

-3+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company;

-Bachelor's degree in engineering , or a similar field preferred;

-Knowledge of personal management rules;

-Good knowledge of English, German will be considered an advantage;

-Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
