Project Manager / Process Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collects and structures the available data impacting the project;
• Participate in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Develop a detailed project plan to help monitoring and tracking progress;
• Provide technical support during the project;
• Preparing the layout for new/relocated equipments;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, in scope;
• Ensure the technical requirements are defined in the requirements document and make sure these are respected;
• Plan and supervise the validation tests;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Validate the process implementation;
• Initiate and/or coordinate processes improvement projects;
• Collaborate with team leaders, technical and quality department in order to continuously improve production processes;
• Present the identified issues to top management and propose different methodsor solving and implementation;
• Participate at internal audits on the production flow, analyze and propose solutions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a project manager/project engineer/process improvement engineern industrial field, relocation of equipments or technologies is a plus;
• Bachelor's degree in technical field (mechanical, electromechanical etc.)
• Strong skills in deadline management and ability to work in a team environment;
• Knowledge about business processes, negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English (German language is a plus);
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Understands the impact of a project to the overall business;
• Understands project and organizational dependencies;
• Capacity to manage high stress situations;
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;
• Attention to detail;
• Conflict resolution skills.
