PROFESSIONAL background / EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline
 Good English skills (both written and spoken)
 Work experience in the Online Environment and/or Information Technology industry as well as working in medium to large teams (min 2 years)
 Relevant experience in coordinating an implementation of mid to high complexity web/software projects
 Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira). Familiar with different web development, publishing or analytics tools is a benefit, but not a qualification criterion
 A certification or formal training in Project Management is an advantage

 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 Attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented
 Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

What you WILL DO

 Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle
 Create and maintain complex, high performance, clean and adaptive project specifications/solutions, together with technical team members, in accordance with the requirements received from Client Service, or directly from the Client
 Produce the project plan, effort and implementation time estimates and, if applicable, risk analysis, testing plan, specific work procedures
 Collaborate with all team members, collaborators/contractors and stakeholders
 Plan tasks and milestones with project team members and follow them
 Coordinate the projects in order to complete them on time and in the agreed budget
 Provide proactive or on request technical advice to clients or to the departments of Client Service, Creation, Strategy
 Keep up to date and periodically report the status of projects, according to internal procedures
 Participate in the periodic planning (weekly and monthly) of the company's production activity
 Proposing the improvement of the workflows in the company or projects in order to increase the efficiency of the company's activity, can gives you an advantage
 Ability to quickly learn and willing to tackle practical, hands-on tasks
