Project Manager

           Tasks and responsibilities:

• Support the production and operations area

• Prepare, plan and manage projects referring to the production plant, production lines, facilities:

  • Preparing the relevant budget, executing tenders
  • Scheduling the work in cooperation and negotiation with relevant other departments
  • Checking work and services completed,
  • Additional tasks in order to manage the projects overall
  • Preparing project documentation, tracking budget, maintaining documentation
• Supporting the completion of annual investment plans, supporting it with return calculations
• Preparing relevant presentations, calculations, summaries

• Keeping connection and cooperating with connecting departments, authorities, suppliers, contractors.

  To be successful in this position you need:

• Degree in technical or electrical engineering
• Experience in production, technical environment, preferably food industry
• Experience in technical project management
• Strategic thinking, economic view, experience in project financing, financial planning
• Fluency in Romanian and English languages
• Leadership experience
• At least 10 years’ experience in the field
• Strong team spirit and cooperation skills
