Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the production and operations area

Prepare, plan and manage projects referring to the production plant, production lines, facilities:
- Preparing the relevant budget, executing tenders
- Scheduling the work in cooperation and negotiation with relevant other departments
- Checking work and services completed,
- Additional tasks in order to manage the projects overall
- Preparing project documentation, tracking budget, maintaining documentation
- Supporting the completion of annual investment plans, supporting it with return calculations
- Preparing relevant presentations, calculations, summaries

Keeping connection and cooperating with connecting departments, authorities, suppliers, contractors.
To be successful in this position you need:
- Degree in technical or electrical engineering
- Experience in production, technical environment, preferably food industry
- Experience in technical project management
- Strategic thinking, economic view, experience in project financing, financial planning
- Fluency in Romanian and English languages
- Leadership experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in the field
- Strong team spirit and cooperation skills
