Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point for production, technical, content and budgetary issues liaising with the client, internal departments, senior managers and other third parties as appropriate;
- acilitate, manage and maintain timely and effective communication across teams, with department heads, senior managers and third parties;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the project. Assess risks and report operational issues and ensure any problems are followed through to resolution;
- Take decisions for an optimal project delivery and setting the right expectations.• Evolve cross teams improvements;
- Offer guidance for an effective Agile implementation;
- roduce weekly and monthly project reports in accordance with the company’s standards and on time.
Qualifications:
• A highly organised approach to leading and delivering projects – with solid experience using a range of project delivery methodologies;
• Excellent communicator and confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent client facing skills;
• Experience of chairing meetings, regular reporting, technical sales support and helping to produce budgets;
• Familiar with Agile methodology;
• Proven track record of successful projects delivery;
Desirable:
• Experience with managing projects in the payments industry;
• SCRUM/PRINCE2 qualification;
• Experience with JIRA;
• Experience of running multiple teams.
