Project Manager (with Spanish)

We provide innovative IT solutions in the field of higher education, which are already being used by over 300 institutions worldwide. We support providers of education in optimising their organisation and work processes. We similarly help to strengthen market position through online education portals, marketing tools, highly advanced CRM products and procedures for the electronic transfer of data

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will manage implementation projects and online and onsite training for our clients, mainly universities.
• Projects will be handled in Spanish and English (advance level for both languages )
• As part of these projects you will analyze the client’s requirements and plan and manage the implementation of the customization of the system
• You will advise about the ideal implementation of the system in the institution
• You will deliver workshops and trainings for clients as part of the project either online or on-site
• You will be responsible for project planning, project controlling and project risk management
• You will coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation between the client and our internal technical team
• Data management skills, xml and xslt proficiencies desirable

Experience and Background:

• Around 2 years of experience with complex small to mid-size IT projects
• Experience with multi-project management Worked according to project management methodologies such as PRINCE2
• Ideally you have a certification in PRINCE2 or similar methodology
• Customer focus
• Good knowledge of Project Management tools and CRM Tools such as Salesforce
• Independent and structured method of working, willingness to travel
• Fluent English and proficiency in any other major European language
