Project Portfolio Controller

As part of this team you will be responsible for ensuring a transparent and consistent internal reporting process for the project portfolio. You will be working closely with different departments of the organization, mainly supporting the Project Management team.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining, operating and improving a controlling system for projects and other activities in the UITS delivery model, including quality gates and KPIs

• Managing, reviewing and controlling project plan, project life-cycle, budget situation, status and KPIs for projects in accordance to UITS compliance and project management process (. project number, cost center, basic information, project start, budget status)

• Managing and consolidating the internal reporting process regarding project reporting and controlling

• Managing the new PM tool – Clarity PPM (integration with the existing tools, maintenance and improvement)

• Providing internal training for colleagues using Clarity PPM tool.

Required skills:

• University degree in IT, Economics or other relevant studies

• Expert knowledge in Project Management and KPIs measurements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, macros etc.)

• Good abstraction and analytical skills

• High degree of personal initiative and social competence

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• Flexibility for periodic travel

• German language skills – nice to have.
