Scope of the Role

You will be part of the COO Cost on Track Program efficiency. This role supports the performance of the Cost on Track Program by providing visibility on key topics through ad-hoc reporting preparation, data mining activities, reporting development; by improving data availability and support of ETO governance, by supporting Cost on Track cross-functional ad-hoc initiatives.

Analytical and office management skills are key for this position. The role holder will maintain close communication with respective PMO, Cost on Track leads, Engineering leads and responsible Risk & Opportunities Manager.

Responsibilities

• Daily Risk & Opportunities data management:
  • Support various product families in recording new Cost on Track initiatives
  • Review and ensure correct project allocations
  • Review benefit dates to ensure correct progressing and forecasting
  • Maintain data by reassessing old improvement ideas in the Risk & Opportunities project: delete obsolete initiatives, and modify existing ones when appropriate to reflect the correct source of improvement
• Know the Risk and Opportunity Management Directive to be able to address questions from the regions;
• Support with access rights for relevant reports (Risk & Opportunities as well as Project Portfolio Reporting System rights);
• Weekly/Ad Hoc Reporting;
• Support the Engineering and Technology Office / Regional reporting with data extraction from Project Portfolio Reporting by project, region and product family;
• Support with reporting on other Specials Projects.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor Degree and 1-2 years of experience in managing large data sets ;
• Ability to follow complex, multi-step procedures to complete tasks;
• Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriate;
• Solid level in Microsoft office applications, e-mail applications, solid working knowledge in ERP systems, web-browser;
• Ability to handle deadlines and changing tasks;
• Reliable and trustworthy, responsiveness;
• Fluent languages skills in English;
• Good attention to detail and precision of work.
