Project specialist

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
• Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle
• Documenting skills with self-discipline
• Strong Communication Skills (must communicate within international organizations)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
• Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Ability to manage cross departmental teams and distribute the necessary tasks evenly till the completion without leaving question marks
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Enthusiasm to learn, develop and contribute
• Team spirit

Other requirements:

• Engineering university degree
• 3 years experience in a similar position
• English Advanced, French advanced
• Good command of English mandatory (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office programs ( min Excel and PowerPoint is must)
• SAP knowledge is required
• Analytical thinking and PDCA circle way of working is mandatory
• Strong ability of problem solving skills & tools
• Efficient meeting management skill is an asset
• Preferably min bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments especially industrial, Mechanical, Automotive or Manufacturing
• Preferably familiarity to working environments of German OEM’s (asset)
