Project Support Officer

We are looking for a Project Support Officer to support our Engineering departments.

Responsibilities

Completing tasks accurately and efficiently
Update internal databases 
Printing & binding business documents
Review/format/assist in preparing reports
Handles a variety of activities and complex situations 
Assisting the engineering managers in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Uses expertise and takes initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations and in dealing with confidential information
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English
Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent administrative and organisational skill
Self-starter attitude, confidence and eagerness to learn
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Problem solving attitude
High level of confidentiality
